GOLD CATEGORY (MM2H)
白金 Gold Category under the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Programme offers a refined long-term residency pathway designed for individuals and families who value stability, security, and the freedom to enjoy Malaysia’s exceptional lifestyle over an extended period.
With a 15-year renewable residency pass, the Gold tier is ideal for applicants planning deep lifestyle roots, children’s education, or a multi-phase relocation strategy. This category balances long-term certainty with strong lifestyle privileges, making it one of the most appealing residency pathways in Southeast Asia.
Gold MM2H Pass
i. MM2H pass for a period of 15 years with
并附有多次入境签证(MEV).
ii. 准证可续期。
iii. 准证的有效期限将以参与者护照的有效期限为准。
iv. 若参与者的护照有效期早于 MM2H 准证到期，参与者须配合办理准证更新手续。
v. 每位主申请人须缴付一次性参与费用 RM3,000 for 家属（受养人） 无需缴 付 参与费用。
参与条件
i Fixed Deposit (FD) of USD500,000 存放不少于 美元 1,000,000 的定期存款（Fixed Deposit)。
ii. 在获批成为 MM2H 参与者后， 主申请人可从上述定期存款中最多提取不超过 50% 的本金， 用于在马来西亚的住宅购置, 教育,l医疗及旅游相关用途。
房产购置条件
i 主申请人 (MM2H）参与者后，必须购置并持有一项住宅物业。
ii 所购住宅物业的价值须为 不少于 RM1,000,000 or above.
iii 所购住宅在 10 年内不得出售 惟申请人可选择升级房产，即购买价值高于现有物业的新住宅。
iv 如未能遵守上述任何条款, MM2H 准证将被 撤销。
家属（受养人)
参与者可携 可随行并 家属一同申请:
i. 配偶（妻子／丈夫)；
ii. 亲生子女、继子女或合法收养的子女，21 岁以下；年龄介于 21 至 34 岁 的子女，须在马来西亚期间未就业且未婚；
iii. 经医疗机构认证的残障子女（不设年龄限制);
iv. parents and/ or parents in law.
医疗
主申请人 及其家属在获批参与马来西亚第二家园（MM2H）计划后，必须在由马来西亚旅游、艺术及文化部指定的指定诊所或医院进行体检。
允许在 可随行并 马来西亚进行长期医疗与治疗。
如主申请人不幸身故, 其所持有的 MM2H 准证可转移予已登记的家属中之直系亲属。
税务、投资与教育
汇入马来西亚的资金 (如定期存款 Fixed Deposit) 可享有税务豁免。
允许参与者在马来西亚从 Not allowed.
家属（子女) 可随行并 在马来西亚政府认可的高等教育机构修读课程，直至大学或同等学历阶段。
家属（子女)可沿用现有的 MM2H 准证，或**自动获发学生签证 (Student Pass) **以继续其学业。
Lengh of Stay
i. Be present / staying in Malaysia for 90 days (cumulative) in one year.
ii. For participants between the age of 25 to 49 years old, the length of stay in Malaysia can be fulfilled by the principal and/or their dependents.
iii. MM2H pass for a period of 5 years with Multiple Entry Visa (MEV)
iv. The validity of the pass (Renewable) will depend on the validity of the participant’s passport.
v. If the validity of the participant’s passport expires before the end of the MM2H pass, the participant is required to renew the pass.
Renewal MM2H Pass
The pass can be renewed for every 5 years after the maximum years of the programme has been completed.
Applicants will need to produce the latest documents as follows:
i. A copy of a valid passport
ii. A copy of the latest medical report
iii. Health insurance
Application for renewal needs to be submitted to the One Stop Centre, MM2H.
The fee for renewal pass is RM3,000 for principal and dependents.
